Italvibras is a dedicated manufacturer of electrically powered vibrating motors with their total resources focused on research, development testing and equipment production within this single discipline. The company has a current production capacity of approximately 90,000 units p.a. and is by a substantial difference the world’s largest manufacturer of vibrating electric motors.
The production facilities at Italvibras include state of art automatic machining centres, automatic coil winding and some robotic assembly functions making their facilities the most modern of their type in the world. A feature of Italvibras smaller range of motors is the use of advanced technology vacuum impregnation of the motor stator assembly windings which provides the ultimate in structural integrity for stator windings.
As standard construction the Italvibras MVSI range of motors offer a very high level of ingress protection at
IP66-7 and feature cast end covers with ‘O’ ring seals, Class F insulation, tropicalisation and high temperature grease for optimum bearing performance. Additionally, the MVSI motors are all equipped with a fully accessible generous size terminal box with cable compression block to securely hold the supply cable.
